Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever happens first.

 - If eligible, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
 
Orders Already Dispatched
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer permitted.
 - However, you may return the item after receiving it, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
 
Order Modifications
- Changes to ordered items or delivery addresses are not allowed after placement.
 - If alterations are needed, you must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
